Becoming a Member
Now is a great time to be involved in the arts in
Detroit. And now is the perfect time to become a member
of the Scarab Club. The Scarab Club is an active
community of artists, musicians, poets, actors and art
lovers that has been working to provided a unique
fellowship of the arts for almost 100 years. The club is
in a rebuilding period and actively seeking new members
who are passionate about the arts in general, and the
Detroit cultural scene in particular.
Membership in the Scarab Club provides a unique
opportunity to be part of the burgeoning cultural center
art movement, at a historic midtown building across the
street from the Detroit Institute of Arts.

eligibility for solo exhibits in the historic second
floor lounge.
